Booking Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS: By visiting this site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing services. Payment of the total price must be made in full before services commence. By purchasing this service, you agree to be bound by these conditions. If you do not agree to all the conditions of this policy, then you may not purchase any services. CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: ALL DEPOSITS/RETAINERS AND PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND ARE NONREFUNDABLE. Client understands that by entering into this agreement, Consultant is foregoing other brand marketing jobs. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling by the client or consultant, the received deposit and/or payment will remain on file as a credit, for (30) days only, for use of a future booking within 30 days. You are only allowed to reschedule (1) time. If the new rescheduled date does not occur, a new session can be scheduled at the original branding session fee. If a cancellation is not made 24 hrs prior to your session, your deposit is automatically forfeited. Late arrivals are given a 15-minute grace period. Anything beyond 30 minutes will need to be rescheduled. COOPERATION/NO SHOWS/LATE: Consultant is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to attend branding sessions, due to details not revealed to Consultant. If Client and/or key individuals fail to attend a scheduled branding session, the 50% deposit is non-refundable and client must pay the full balance. The session can be rescheduled at the original branding session fee, including an additional 50% deposit. If a client is late to the session, a $50/hr fee will be added to the remaining balance. The late fee balance is due at the end of the session along with any remaining balance. The Consultant has the right to consider a session “No show” after the client is 1 hour late. No refund will be given. If you arrive to your session late, you will not automatically be given more time. If your scheduled session time goes over, you must pay the hourly rate for additional time. BRAND MATERIALS AGREEMENT: Customized branding materials are available for seven (7) business days upon distribution. Expired branding materials are available thereafter at $20 per document. LIABILITY: In no case shall Doreah Dean, our affiliates, agents, contractors, or service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your using our services, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of our services, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of our services or any content or materials provided, or otherwise made available via the services, even if advised of their possibility.
